All of the staff were...

Liked: Stayed during Milan Fashion Week. Hotel staff went well beyond the normal duties to assure that we could maximize our experiences in the city.

Okay for a 2 night...

Liked: Staff were friendly and efficient. Location was good. Breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: I would have like a Gym for a workout and the lift didn't go to the top floor so it was a little difficult to get to. However the staff did offer to take the bags up to the room.

The force of retail is...

Liked: Front desk staff and service staff were friendly . Toilette was well organized.
Disliked: Parking was abominable situation where it was off site in a supermarket for 41 euro for 24 hours. The room was over 2 times the rate of Verona, Bologna, or Padua, and their locations were very premium. This was a half hour walk from everything except a park. The room was nothing special, the door keys were sticky and one did not work at all. The shower head had a leaky connection and sprayed all over the floor. Overall maintenance was poor for such an exorbitant price. May have been ok at €140 like we paid in Brescia, this was over 2 times more.
