Liked: We’ve stayed here before and we were very happy with the location, cleanliness, price and staff.
Disliked: Water pressure in the shower was dreadful. It was trickling out (first world problems, I know)

Stayed at this hotel several...

Liked: The location is great if you want to drive to the hotel and whilst in the city you want walk or catch the city circle tram. Location is fantastic with easy access to Southbank & the city.
Disliked: Rooms and bathrooms felt a little 'old', bathrooms certainly felt basic but certainly functional. The outlook from our room was pretty bland, but we weren't sitting in the hotel admiring the view.

Improve the shower

Liked: Location is great, the cafe is great and the room sizes are wonderful.
Disliked: The shower was unacceptable. The hot water pressure was like a leaky tap. Tile grout needs a redo and the shower drain needs to be hidden more with mess so we don’t see the muck down it
