Disliked: It is a typical 4 star experience. No turn downs, cleaning was average, rooms are very small

Liked: Beautiful views, good location
Disliked: We had an evacuation the one morning, my husband is paralysed in a wheelchair and we were fortunate enough to be able to evacuate before the lifts were shut down, but even if they were shut down, no one from reception or management enquired if my husband made it out or not. Coming from a country where hospitality workers work for tips, it shows, the staff were friendly but only did the bare minimum
