So so

Liked: Good location, friendly staff

Poor

Liked: Central enough although it did take time to find the front door and we actually went to the other Mercure first. I think when car parking is booked more specific information about what level to park on and how to enter the hotel from the car park would have been very useful

Liked: It was clean. The reception staff were very friendly and polite.
Disliked: Lunch options consisted only of ready meals. From what we observed, the bartender was not maintaining proper cleanliness. We were lucky that we didn’t order any open drinks or cocktails and only had colas.
