Liked: Friendly staff - helpful. Clean room.

This is not a 4...

Liked: The staff were lovely and friendly and the food was nice
Disliked: The whole hotel needs revamping. It needs repainting, not over painting which has clearly been done a few times already from the peeling back paint, but completely stripping back and redoing. I slept on the 10th floor and had no control over my heating in my room. It was boiling. I opened my window but it didn't make much difference. There were mouths in my room and down the corridor. The carpet was grubby.

Enjoyed our stay. Perfect location

Liked: Perfect location. Comfortable room and bed. The separate lounge to bedroom was well thought out. Everything we could need
Disliked: Bathroom in room not as clean as rest of room. Make up stains on dressing gown left in bathroom. Build up of dirt in corners etc

Liked: Location was perfect, breakfast was ideal.
