Disliked: The room was small, the bed was tiny, the windows were all rotten and misted up so you couldn't see outside as it had secondary glazing. Very expensive stay. Bar staff inexperienced and unhappy.

Disliked: It was on the whole too cold, I was there for a conference, it was cold and I live in Scotland so I am used to it.

Liked: It was where we were having a party
Disliked: The queue when I arrived was huge. They had a large party in during the day that were staying overnight, why rooms weren’t organised during the day so that people checking in not part of that group didn’t to wait even longer to check in. I got up to my room and the key wouldn’t work so I went back down to reception and the large queue. There was a member of staff checking on the large group and when I approached her and asked if she could resolve the issue with the key, she looked at me and then looked at the queue and said oh ok I can sort that for you! As if she wasn’t going to until she saw the queue.The toilets are on a different floor to the bar and private rooms for functions and the lifts take ages to get around

Liked: Breakfast was amazing and staff were super friendly. I liked that it was possible to use the GYM 24/7!
Disliked: water temperature in the room was not very hot

Liked: Location and breakfast good.
Disliked: Had to change rooms as air con broken in first room. Key card stopped working, this happened last time we stayed. Bathrooms had been tarted up but still look tired.
