Liked: Convenient location for my travels
Disliked: Checkin was painful. I arrived in early hours of the morning having called ahead. The staff member on reception then spent 10-15 mins doing checkin which seemed excessively long in the end I had to leave cash in lieu of card paymentHe also originally tried to put me in room at front of corridor right by where everyone has to pass to use facilities so not quiet at all. This was especially disappointing considering the hotel was nearly empty to be offered this roomThe second room offered involved scaling stairs with heavy bags as lift didn’t service that part of the building and this was therefore also not a thoughtful choiceVery old and tired, had to go up and down stairs with heavy bags as room was only accessible via stairs not covered by liftTowels hard and scratchyFloors very creaky

10/10 would happily stay again...

Liked: Spacious room and good facilities, the spa was lovely and the staff were excellent. The food as well was delicious
Disliked: The only problems we noticed was some large cobwebs that had been missed and a constantly draining toilet.
