Did not meet expected customer...

Liked: Food was nice but cold when delivered by room service.
Disliked: Whilst the duty manager was helpful in providing a trolley for luggage on 2 occasions I was left to load and unload the trolley myself and also on one occasion push the trolley from reception to my room myself. The spa facilities were clean but were in need of some maintenance. I was also made to wait at the entrance for breakfast as they didn’t believe I had paid for my breakfast even though I had paid on check in and had confirmed at breakfast the day before. Again the duty manager was helpful in resolving this.

Liked: Overall, I had a great stay at the hotel. The restaurant should have better communication between FOH and BOH.. On the 1st day, one of our meal was forgotten, and on the 2nd day, our meal was messed up, I had to ask for cutlery twice as the waiter only brought us knife so I had to request fork as well.
