Disliked: Mattress and pillows were hard. Staff not particularly friendly.When booking was made we were quoted $21 but we were charged $25 like it or not

it was ok.

Liked: the dinner we had wasn't good. we had the grilled sirloin and vegetables and the prawn and scallop pasta, and the scallops weren't fresh. my partner ended up being sick after his meal. he had the pasta and the steak I asked for well done and it wasn't then I had to wait a long time to get it back. my partner already finished his dinner when I got my meal back. the breakfast the staff who was on didn't give us time to decide if we wanted the hot breakfast.
Disliked: the main meal it wasnt cooked to my liking and i had to wait 20 minutes to eat it

Ordinary service but good location

Liked: Location & parking Unique building & decor
Disliked: Expected better for Mercure chain hotel, outdated, staff not polished, tacky, breakfast was very ordinary, waitress gave us wrong order, mine wasn't gluten free & when I realised I'd eaten some, instead replacing it she just said sorry. I was then charged full price upon checkout, after I queried it I still had to pay half the price of the incorrect breakfast
