Disliked: Staff was not very friendly and reception is not 24/7

Liked: What we didn’t like was the Centralized air conditioning. Lowest temp that can be set in our room was 20 celsius but the room is too warm 😑🥵. This was our first time in the hotel. It won’t hurt to try another room the next time we visit Mainz. The staff are amazing though. Overall a good experience ☺️

We will be coming back...

Liked: The room was larger than expected with a nice bathroom, and tea and coffee making facilities. It was only a 15 minute walk to the river and 5 minutes from the train station, so for my wife and I it was ideal
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn't like

Very good stay

Liked: This hotel was well appointed and close to the Centre. The room was very comfortable and spacious with good amenities. The shower was excellent but hard to keep the water from going on the floor.
Disliked: there was a parking building nearby. The 24 hour charge applies within one 24 hour day not across two days and so was more expensive than expected as we parked from 3pm one day until 9am the next day and this cost 2 days of 24 hour rate.The staff were helpful at checkin but less helpful to answer queries we had.

Short overnight stay

Liked: Large comfortable room , on the road so slightly noisy but it was a Saturday into Sunday so not too bad . Breakfast was quite expensive but lots to choose from . We were only there one night but it seemed be quite well situated for the town .
Disliked: Nothing really . All good
