We were put in a room that backed onto the car park, it was very noisy. Also there was no kettle in the rooms so we were unable to make a cup of tea. We have stayed in hotels that cost less and are better maintained and you are better looked after. I would not recommend this hotel and it was out near busy motorways and a £17 cab ride to get to Mote Park.

Disliked: Overall experience - there was an incident in next door room that went unresolved. We got moved only to get woken up by the police at 6 in the morning for us to give a statement. The hotel should have done more to resolve the issue (on top of moving us)
