Large hotel but uncomfortable

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Bed was very hard and pillows were flat and so thin that nights were really uncomfortable. Room was small. There was no milk on the make your own drinks tray in the room and only one normal teabag...why?? The location is right by the railway station but there is no signage in the station and it was very hard to find. Staff do know left from right and did not have information on rail closures so we only just made our flight home...they should know hold ups on way to airport!

Liked: This hotel was really close to public transport so it was really easy to get around. The room was clean and really big. The staff were also really amazing and really helpful
