Liked: Location was good, room given to me was nice. Staff is helpful.. Jasmine, abdul and other staff were very attentive. Complimentary water coke Biscuirs were great.. Breakfast was ok. Not like 4star category..

Liked: Super clean, staff was extremely friendly and caring, location is good as its central London and just adjacent to train station. The heating system and lift were working properly. All consumables in the room and washroom were of good quality.
Disliked: All good.

Their hospitality truly made us feel at home.The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all amenities functioning perfectly. The attention to detail in cleanliness and upkeep was impressive, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.Having stayed at several Mercure hotels, this one ranks among the best we’ve experienced. If given the chance, we would absolutely return without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting London!
