Met expectations considering early morning...

Liked: Decent size rooms for London. Most important aspect is the location to catch the train to Heathrow on a Sunday morning to Heathrow. The Elizabeth line to starts from Paddington on Sunday early morning (Before 7 AM). The hotel was 1 min away from the station. 18 mins away from Picadilly circus (which is the center).
Disliked: There was no water in the room to drink. i had to ask them for it. I think they genuinely missed out.

Pleasant

Liked: The floor was really dirty, we could hear what sounded like drilling until 01:00 am. I know it's close to the station which is excellent but you could feel the rumble in the evening. The staff were lovely and the facilities are decent mind.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF ALL OUR TRAVELS. THERE WAS ACTUALLY COB-WEBS IN THE ROOM, AND A LIVE COCKROACH IN THE BATHROOM. THE ROOM WAS SO SMALL, THERE WAS HARDLY ANY SPACE TO WALK AND MOVE AROUND.
