Lovely hotel and attentive staff

Liked: Hotel was lovely.Staff friendly but some did not speak English and could not take our order correctly leading to wrong order and our food took 45 mins for a sandwich to arrive correctly Room was very hot and no one could turn off heating in bathroomWork going on outside in building opposite our room which woke us each morning (even on Sunday)Matthew was very attentive and reception staff very helpful.Although good location, quite off the main attractions but bit far to walk.

Comfortable and nice area

Liked: Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, foyer was nice and staff very helpful. Location is nice, surrounded by restaurants, 15min away from the Thames, and 10min away to the nearest underground station (Jubilee line)
Disliked: there was a foul smell on the carpet infront of the bathroom most probably it was wet. Reception was informed during check-out
