Liked: Facilities in room could of been a bit better toilet won’t flush properly no plug sockets beside the bed and no lamps beside the bed also bought breakfast first morning we got there and was very dear 17 pound each and only had cereal and toast

Dining room staff lovely and...

Liked: Unable to use TV as no signal, brought it up with staff, was told nothing they could do. Part of the drawers was hanging off, easily could’ve caused an injury. Following morning noticed black mould on window sill, and mould on the bath mat. Bed was comfortable but that was the only redeeming feature of the room, very dated and shabby - peeling wallpaper and stained furniture.

Nice stay near the airport

Liked: Good location, bit supermarket near by, easy access to the airport and Edinburgh city center by car. The room was comfortable and clean.Hotel was quite big, with some cool artwork in the walls.
Disliked: There were no plug socket near the bed. Silicon bath mat - with a bit of black mould on the botton.

Please refurbish this hotel,

Liked: Breakfast was good, location handy for shops and outlet stores. Easy to get bus to Edinburgh from this location. Staff are very helpful, and are excelllent
Disliked: Decor was dated,floorboards creaked and noise made things akward

Hotel very dated, but clean

Liked: Bed was very comfortable, bedroom very clean, staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Hotel is very dated could be doing with being painted or refurbished. Bedroom 150 floor creaked when you walked on it, its was very loud and bad, Shower was very bad it soaked the whole of the bathroom floor, shower and bath taps were on at the same time. Bedroom smelled of damp.
