Superb

Liked: Staff were very friendly, we had an extra child aged 12 and were not charges the extra for unexpected child coming to stay
Disliked: The cooked breakfast was a bit of a let down

Spoiled by experience of breakfast

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Breakfast was a nightmare. Full of men obviously on an outing, all wearing stupid hats…we couldn’t get near the buffet, they overfilled their plates and just stood at the toaster continually feeding bread into it. No juice left, dreadful. Why didn’t the staff offer to order food direct from the kitchen for the few customers who were not a part of the tour. We left without anything, explained to the receptionist who very pleasantly ignored the problem. We need a refund for breakfast for two that we couldn’t get. Appalling.
