Liked: The staff were very kind and helped so much handy to go to the shopping centre. Bar closed early .A delicious breakfast.
Disliked: A shower in the bath I prefer a,walk in shower. It's very dated .it needs refreshed

Liked: When we walked in, we were stunned at the xmas feel it gave you.From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome. All staff were absolutely fantastic. They really do make your stay and are so helpful. Everyone was smiling and looked happy.Food was tasty and the service was amazing. Breakfast was a buffet and there was plenty to choose from.Room was large and spacious and cosy.Will be returning 100%

great staff, paid too much...

Liked: staff were brilliant and cannot be faulted during our stay. the rooms are very tired as is the hallways and building in general. no lift to the upper floor. food was ok - we had breakfast and evening meal there.
Disliked: the hallways and rooms need desperately updating.

Disliked: -Only one chair in a room for 2 people. -Problems with the heating. -The shower old fashioned. As there is no bide you need another kind of shower. - Wifi very, very week. My grandchild was having a phone meeting and lost contact many times.
