Disliked: When checking in was not charged the proper amount for my 2 night stay & as a result on checking out was asked to pay an additional £164 as he did t charge me the right amount on check in , just as well I had the money with me as this could have been very embarrassing for both parties , I am very disappointed with the way this was dealt with as this was not my fault but your staff member who made with is mistake , I should have refused to pay as I had a receipt saying I had paid for my 2 night stay extremely disappointed & as we stay regularly in Liverpool I don’t think I would be rushing back to stay with you again with this situation awaiting a reply from your management , yours Derek

Excellent location for dock area

Liked: Good location. Not far from the station. Lots of places to eat and visit in near vicinity.
Disliked: Hotel is grubby outside. Our room was smaller than expected. Bathroom was very compact
