Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: My experience was disappointing due to several issues with my room.Upon entering, I found a half-eaten sandwich and an open carton of milk left in the fridge by the previous guests, which I found extremely unhygienic. In addition, the overall cleanliness of the room was subpar and did not meet the hygiene standards one would expect.Furthermore, the electrical sockets were poorly fitted, causing my charger to frequently disconnect. Another major concern was the discrepancy between the online photos and reality—the room and bathroom were much smaller, outdated, and clearly not well maintained.I was also dismayed to find that in the bathroom, the small magnifying mirror was hanging downward and appeared to be broken. This is particularly disappointing given the price charged for the room.I expected a much higher standard based on the hotel’s presentation. I would appreciate a response regarding what measures will be taken to improve the quality and hygiene of the accommodations.

Exceptional

Liked: We arrived early Friday morning 21/03/25, the receptionist was lovely so helpful, what a great start to our trip. Our room was clean, comfortable with a view out to the front. We would definitely recommend this hotel, location superb and will stay here next time.

Disliked: Too hot with no facility to turn down the heat. Tiny room with too little capacity for bags, but a curiously large bathroom with no toilet - that in a separate room

Liked: Tha location was excellent close to the centre, but at the same time quiet and secluded. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic.
Disliked: The room service could be improved as we nearly ran out of toilet paper.

Disliked: One bedroom side light not working. On second day they only gave us one bath towel.Lift to 1st floor very small.

Great location and staff but...

Liked: The staff were amazing, Switched rooms next day same type but so much better. The location is fantastic. Liked the free water bottle refill stations on each floor and the access to portable chargers in reception.
Disliked: Our first room was sub standard. The AC was not working, TV not working and we looked on to the light well which had noisy ac equipment. Second room much better. Avoid the inner rooms which look on to the light well, poor layout, small bathrooms. These room look nothing like the pics on the website. Breakfast pricy some great options from local independents.
