Pleasant

Liked: Beautiful building , nice staff , nice that’s there’s complimentary fruit and water . Breakfast was good .
Disliked: The room was cold , the bed was uncomfortable, the tv couldn’t get a lot of channels

Had a lovely stay

Liked: Spacious room, very comfortable bed The room was clean .Breakfast was excellent Staff very professional, helpful and nothing was to muchWe felt really welcomed and have already booked up our next stays in February and Easter .We were sad to leave but looking forward to seeing all the staff again very soon./ Linda & Paul

very comfortable and good service.

Liked: Comfortable room, with excellent heating and shower temperature. Quiet location and very responsive staff. Nice restaurant with good food selection. Easy to get top-ups of coffee/tea/biscuits from reception.
Disliked: Tepid wash basin water - evidently a problem with the faucet itself, but could not be remedied during such a short (2 night stay). Luke warm Chow mien at dinner, but my fish was excellent.
