Liked: We stayed at the Novtel Hotel it got changed everything was excellent but the bed was hard and un comfortable didn't sleep very well
Disliked: It was close to the centre and not to far from the arena

Liked: My stay wasnt here but was in the Novotel, which was lovely. But got an email to say had been moved but not on the app so missed. Anyway went to mercure in error but the staff were so rude and so ill informing of the changes.

Liked: Very clean and well organised. Staff were very helpful.

Bad

Liked: We got to hotel to find we had been moved to Novotel albeit not far away. As the hotel was being used for workers accommodation or the like. No communication was received from hotel or booking.com prior to arrival. Although all ended well its is an inconvenience and stress that is unwelcome.
