Stayed here twice now. Really...

Liked: Great central location with newly renovated rooms with good facilities
Disliked: Only one staff member on front counter for checkin.. with 5-6 sets of guests waiting.

Disliked: I stayed here two weeks before and the difference was amazing! First time was pretty okay the noise is a problem! Room was comfortable and clean.This time we clearly got the last available room with two beds. The lock on the door was not working as it should have been and when I raised this issue with reception it was noted and put on the list of things to fix. There was an offer of a different room. But it was clearly booked out. No offer of any compensation nothing complementary nothing nothing! Just a joke pathetic even! While I was waiting to raise the issue I could hear the receptionist making booking and giving people better rates over the phone. Could have done the same for us!!! As two women sleeping in that room without a working lock it was a bit scary! In the morning we were packing up and lost some items in the room. Very dark room so I used my phone light to check the area. The amount of dust on the floor and corners of spaces was repulsive!!

I will not be staying...

Liked: It definitely was not like the photos on bookings .com rooms were very basic and small
Disliked: Old and cramped the bar and restaurant again nothing like the photos
