A great hotel and good...

Liked: Great location and clean modern , the toiletries provided were also of good quality Breakfast was good
Disliked: Very noisy from the street- however ear plugs helped the second night

Disliked: The room has no fresh air options, dark no sunlight. Small room

Liked: Hotel room standard with new bathroom. Ear plugs supplied as we were front room ground floor and near busy road.
Disliked: Staff inexperience and limited numbers showed in restaurant, our meal was forgotten to be put into the kitchen who apparently closed for the night. They did reopen and made our food however wait was 1 1/2 hours. Service was slow due to no staff. Staff working were apologetic and gave a free drink vouchers.

Liked: Breakfast good. Coffee excellent.
Disliked: We paid extra for a room upgrade.This room turned out to have NO windows!How is this an upgrade?We requested another room which was decidedly basic but at least it had a window, with cobwebs, looking out to the carpark.I’m sure we won’t see a refund of the difference in rooms.

Overall was fine.

Liked: Room was nice as was the bar.
Disliked: Security is not great as the rear doors from the car park are always unlocked.
