Liked: My mom and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were both very impressed with the reception staff and the cleanliness of the room. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly polite and greeted us warmly every morning, which made our experience even more pleasant.The standard of the room was exceptional, far exceeding our needs and expectations. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the soundproof windows ensured a quiet and restful stay. The view from our room was lovely, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax.The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Liked: It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel. I was very happy with the standard they provide, the outstanding service from the receptionists, and the exceptional cleanliness. The windows are soundproof, ensuring a peaceful stay, and the location is perfect—close to the city centre and a shopping centre. I also choose to stay here whenever I visit Krakow because the train station is very nearby. The level of comfort and convenience this hotel provides is unmatched by any other I've stayed at in the past.

All round exceptional

Liked: Perfect location next to railway station for our onward journey the following day and for walking about Katowice. Room was spacious, comfortable and warm. We had a late lunch/early dinner in the in-house restaurant and can honestly say it was the best meal we've had in all of our recent travels, from the presentation to the quality of the food. Our server was Kasia who was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the local Silesian dishes we chose. All the staff we met were helpful and welcoming
