First time at Mercure Katowice,...

Liked: The bed was comfy, the room was very cleaned, on the TV you could find info about the hotel and the services they provide, which was very useful to me. The hotel was close to the bus station that has the AP route to and from the airport, close to the Train Station if you want to take a train and visit other cities, like Krakow.
Disliked: The WI-FI was kinda slow, as in watching a YT video in your room could be a challenge as the video freezes and then you need to wait a couple of seconds for it to reload. I wish that the TV had some sort of video streaming services (like Netflix, Disney Plus, MAX) to connect if you already have an account.

Liked: Location and dimensions of the room. Super clean! And nice people!
Disliked: A bit noisy. You can here the neighbors doors being slammed and you slightly here the trains leaving the station. TV is also not connected.
