Never again at this hotel

Liked: The airplane,town centre ,pubs along with views.
Disliked: Interconnecting rooms in 2024,this is no way a 4* hotel, money has been spent on bar only, parking is appalling, noise levels are off the scale from streets below, rooms are very old and out dated. This is an international chain I expect better

Okay for value for money...

Liked: Convenient, good value,
Disliked: Not too clean, staff need to be reminded of why they are employed, bar manager too weak.

Great location but the hotel...

Liked: A good night but this hotel looks a bit tired. We stayed on the end room of the top floor beside some sort of fan, which wasn’t great.
Disliked: Beginning to feel a wee bit tired.
