Liked: Pool was great, staff were friendly, buffet breakfast was good.
Disliked: Had two rooms one was very dated and the other was newly renovated for the same price. Looks like they were updating the other rooms near by so hopefully the older rooms are in the process of getting an upgrade in the future.

Liked: The pool and staff were great! Conveniently located with shops and take out close by.
Disliked: We didn't like the fact that we were put in a connecting room, there was no privacy and we had issues with the neighbours doing drugs. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. There was no microwave or toaster or plates in the room which was disappointing.

Lovely grounds - over priced...

Liked: The rooms are very small for the price I really did expect more The facilities listed where not all available in the roomWe did not have a coffee machine My aunty did not have a microwave The bathroom flooded when showering The body wash and shampoo and conditioner where a good addition as we forgot to pack the body wash however there’s was watered down but better than being stinky once we got in really late after delays A+ for the 24 hour check in! Lovely front of house staffThe property is stunningly gorgeous around the grounds but it is evident that maintenance hasn’t been a priority The rain is causing major issues with the ceilings around the walkways Mould is growing and walkways are not very flat being paved. My parents room had water leaking into the wall Major water damage is usually caused by leaking roofs from lack of maintenance on buildings During the wet season floor mats would have been helpful to assist with wiping feet so as not to make a mess through the rooms Booking for larger groups and big families was painful with the Mercure but not with anywhere else with booking.com The pool area, restaurant and free breakfast for the kids was the the best part of our stay Alternative milks for coffees is a must! And not just almond milk.
