Wouldn't go back - shame...

Liked: Breakfast was cooked freshly. Staff kind and helpful.
Disliked: Room was dirty, especially under sofa. Swim changing area dirty.

Liked: Room and the bathroom very spacious. Staff very polite. Delicious breakfast and the vegetarian sausages, OMG scrumptious!
Disliked: Watermarks on bedroom wall and ceiling, leaking coffee machine, broken sauna, temperature in steam room was only about 35 degrees, smelly changing room for ladies. In the restaurant our meals were only lukewarm, although full of flavour.

Disappointing

Liked: i stayed in room 12 it is really tired and not been updated since the 1990's and with two big fans outside the window that ran 24 hours a day with a constant drone noise in the room with the windows closed.
Disliked: The room was just very tired and needs updating

I would only return as...

Liked: The restaurant excellent evening meals
Disliked: No pillow selection in room did ask front desk but none available.Shower head unable to adjust enough to stay within the shower screen so had to mop floor every dayNo porridge available at breakfast except the horrendous ready mix onesOnly one coffee machine at breakfast causing a long queue

Very pleasant, would recommend

Liked: Room was clean, comfortable. It wasn't hot and I could open a window. Staff were welcoming and took time to engage
Disliked: Pillows were like bricks and very uncomfortable

Absolutely brilliant!

Liked: Excellent value for money .Loved having a swimming pool and the grounds were so pretty and peaceful .Unfortunately I felt unwell whilst there and the staff were so lovely and accommodating .I was able to eat my breakfast in the room despite very last minute and was even allowed to stay in the room a few more hours until I was well enough to drive .Absolutely excellent .Thankyou
