Exceptional

Liked: Very nice hotel, perfect location, kind and professional staff, SPECTACULAR breakfast.A bit retro but fits the town center's mood greatly.
Disliked: The corners of the bathroom were not the cleanest but this didn't ruin the experience one bit, just a suggestion for improvement.This is not to say that the place was dirty, it was very clean and well kept, just nitpicking.

Liked: Very good location , the staff were friendly and the size room quite appropiate big.Cleanliness.
Disliked: In my opinion it is necesary to check the sanitary instalations. The water in thesink leaks slowly¹

Great spot to stay and...

Liked: Breakfast buffet was great. Location was perfect so close to central market, historic sites, and bahnhoff. Parking at hotel was good as well. Cost for parking and breakfast were reasonable. Small bistro was very nice.
Disliked: Bistro/bar hours varied in terms of opening. Would have been nice to be consistent and to open for lunch. Opened at 1700 and began food service at 1730 and closed at 2300.

Very good

Liked: Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Room was just in front of porta nigra at higher floor.....100 meters from the center with lots of shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Staff of the hotel , not so smiling. Bathroom of the room needs renovation.
