Excellent stay. And friendly and...

Liked: We stayed here with our daughter of 7. She had her own double sized bed. The room was big enough for the 3 of us. The location of the hotel was very good. In the city centre. You can park your car in the garage and the elevator brings you straing into the hotel. Which was very nice. The breakfast was very good. Lots of different food and drinks.
Disliked: The check in was ok. We did have problems with the QR code they send us. Because you need an app for that. Which wasn't stated anywhere in the email we received before hand. So the staff had to do some extra work to actually make it more smoother. Not a big thing. But it would be good to include the app name you need to install. It would save a lot of time for the staff.I'm not so sure about the quality of some of the breakfast items. If the breakfast starts around 7 and ends at 12. There's quite a few items that would've need decent cooling. Such as fish, fruit, cheese, meat.Maybe it gets refreshed every hour or something. I don't know.Our room was right next to the street. Although 3 floors up. We could still hear the loud music from the streets below us. Not a big thing. We still got enough rest. But it can be something to be mindful of.Now, it does look like we got more complaints then positives. But really. Overall, the stay was excellent. I would recommend this hotel if anyone wants to visit Tilburg or the surroundings.

Disliked: Smell of marihuana in the room from ventilation.

Charming long weekend stay

Liked: We liked the location of the hotel, the fresh and delicious breakfast and the nice common areas. Staff was also very polite and willing to help with the badges for the elevators.
Disliked: The hotel introduced a keyless way to use the elevators and to unlock the rooms via an application. Even though I am fan of technology and automation, when you are overloaded with kids, baggage etc or you have no battery on your smartphone, you struggle with this keyless option. It's a nice option but not to be the sole option. The pool lounge was not heated enough so you could stay there and chill.
