Disliked: The coffee was cold and the wall of the room were not the clean enough

Chilly night in Saarbrücken

Liked: Location was great, just off motorway and ideal for a stopover. Was quiet and room size was OK.
Disliked: Room was cold and reception told me heating was off (ie not switched on) for whole hotel. The man at reception told me there was another quilt in the cupboard to use.....
