Relief and pleasure after the...

Liked: The man who was on duty after midnight was so helpful after my disgust with the booking I had made at St Gallen. Th e St Gallen accommodation was so bad I had no alternative but to go to my next planned stay at Saarbrucken. There was a pleasant and helpful attitude from the large majority of the staff and a peacefulness in the place
Disliked: There was not anything I did not like at the Mercure Hotel

Liked: The central location is great. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is tasty and varied. The staff are kind and helpful. The room was clean
Disliked: Would be great if the hotel had more parking places. It was also surprising to see the hotel restaurant had only a small menu at the weekend.

Liked: the location since it was very close to the concert hall and the shops.the private parking
Disliked: very unpleasant breakfast experience. the staff at breakfast was quite rude. seems stressed and didn't care to hide it from us when we asked for something. beds where uncomfortable and there was a drilling sound in the room all night long which made it difficult to sleep.we didn't get much information at the reception about wifi, and the fact that there were no ammenities in the room so we had to go down stairs multiple times to ask for it on our own.Details that that really improve an experience at a hotel.
