Our first time in Berlin...

Liked: Excellent 3 night stay, brilliant hotel and staff, very spacious room, couldn't complain about anything, superb, would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

Liked: The room size is perfect for three people. It was well located and had everything that was needed.
Disliked: The room is a bit outdated.

Worst hotel stay I have...

Disliked: I had to check into another hotel. There were stains on the curtains, carpet in room left holes in my socks, I had allergies whereby my asthma was affected. AS soon as I moved into another hotel which was 12:30am in the morning my allergies went and I did not feel ill. There was no concern from this hotel staff when I raised the issues on health risks in the room that I was located. It was very stuffy and my brand new socks had no heal left in them as well as getting very ill in the room which I was only in for a few hours. The deco and cleanliness of the room were very poor.

Liked: Third time staying here in the Mercure Checkpoint Charlie location. Every time it gets better and better. Room was spacious and everything was as expected.

Liked: Perfect location to everything in Berlin for walking or train system. The hotel room was the perfect size for our family, beds very comfy. Definitely recommend

Great stay at a central...

Liked: Great location and huge family room! We loved our stay. They have underground parking which was very convenient for us. The staff were all great and the breakfast was nice! We would stay again on our next visit.

Comfortable stay for the family!

Liked: Good value for the two-bedroom family suite! We stayed from March 30 to April 1 and had a great experience. The location was convenient, and the staff was very responsive. Our twin toddlers were each provided with a crib, which was a huge plus!
