Disliked: There was an unpleasant aftertaste related to the fact that the employees were unable to resolve the issue related to the change in the number of guests staying. Booking contacted you during our stay and asked to make changes, but you did not want to help resolve the issue, and charged us the full cost!

Liked: We got a room for 3 - double bad + sofa. The room was certainly large enough for the 3 of us.Excellent breakfast - many options.Good location with a subway station at 3 minutes walk , and walking distance to many sights.We arrived a little early , but the staff were able to allow us to check in earlier than usual.

Liked: The family room size is big enough to accommodate a family of 4. It has 2 big rooms, a separate bathroom and toilet. The hotel location is close to Charlie Check Point, Berlin Mall and various tourist attractions. All within walking distance.
Disliked: No..The hotel is good overall.

We would stay here again.

Liked: Very good location. Very good choice for buffet breakfast.
Disliked: The pillows were small and uncomfortable. For 3 of us there was only 1 spare pillow, which didn’t look clean.
