Overnight stay in Munich

Liked: Good location, not far away from the U-Bahn. The hotel offers everything that a good hotel should offer. Parking, breakfast, wi-fi and many more.
Disliked: A proper communication with customers is not the strength of the stuff. While booking the stay, they did not answer my question. The wake up call did not work. They have forgotten it and failed to give me a wake up call. The price was very high. From my point of view too high. Unfortunately this is the case at most hotels in Munich. When comparing the prices with even bigger and even more famous cities in the world, the prices in Munich are enormously high and higher than in other bigger cities across Europe. Value for money is not given.

Liked: Location of the hotel is perfect.
Disliked: I stayed about 13 nights at the hotel and didn't get any still water or sparkling water except on my first day. Breakfast menu is same for everyday. And my room didn't have a refrigerator.
