Surprisingly disappointed!

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: My room was in a separate building across the street, which felt quite dated, especially the bathroom. There were no hygiene amenities like vanity kits or disposable earplugs, and the hair dryer was outdated, with low power and a noticeable burning smell after a few minutes of use. Additionally, there was no complimentary/welcome water available for coffee, which would be appreciated by guests who have traveled a long distance and avoid tap water. The room also lacked a mini fridge for cold water, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard. Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations of a 'first class:4 Stars' label.

Disliked: Upon arrival in our room, the glasses provided were really dirty, there was something greasy on them which does not look inviting to drink out of them. The swimming pool was cold and gym really small and outdated. There was no safe or mini fridge located in the room. This hotel doesn't do daily cleaning in the rooms, meaning that if you need anything or run out of something you have to go to the reception and ask for it, which is an inconvience.Run out of toiletpaper? Liked: Very easy online check-in via the app and no contact with staff was needed to enter the room
Disliked: Not directly in the city center, but that was known beforehand. It it about a 20 min walk to the main train station and the Dom
