Liked: location is good, not far away from train station, nearby with many restaurants.
Disliked: Due to flight issue need to check out early, not able to enjoy breakfast. However, hotel not even offering any take away box with food or drinks at all. As 4 stars, seems lack of detail service standard.

Liked: The property was nicely decorated and clean and facilities were good.
Disliked: Would not recommend the location, it felt very unsafe.

Great hotel, be careful of...

Liked: Rooms had everything we needed and breakfast was absolutely fabulous! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Close to the train station, so easy to access from the airport.
Disliked: Unsafe area with lots of drug users around. We only ever travelled in groups to and from hotel.

Liked: Reassuringly high level of security for accessing the hotel. You need to scan your room card to enter the hotel (after 8 or 9pm), to proceed beyond the lobby and to activate the elevator.
Disliked: The neighbourhood is definitely not one where you want to stray from the main streets.

Liked: Well located, near nice food places and the train station.
Disliked: The toilet was not spotless as one would expect. That completely threw me off trusting the cleanliness of the place altogether.
