Value for money

Liked: It was good value for money. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the quality was good. As a family with young children it was great to have a room with four beds.
Disliked: The second double bed was actually a sofa bed which was a bit hard, not as comfortable as a normal bed. For older children, teenagers and adults this would something to be aware of. Another point to keep in mind is that the (free) streeft parking next to the hotel has no chargers for electric vehicles. However, there are fast chargers two minutes drive at the Lidl and in the car park next to Lidl.

Good option for a night...

Liked: The breakfast was great but by 9:30, an hour before breakfast ends, most of the hot items like mushrooms etc were finished and not replaced. It is conveniently located within walking distance from the S-Bahn public transport system.
Disliked: It would have been nice if there were more fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet.

Very nice location, clean and...

Liked: The staff was exceptional! The young lady at the desk was so friendly and helpful with everything, we truly couldn't ask for more!The cleaning staff was excellent, the room and bathroom were always very clean, very important to us!The mattresses were very comfortable, the pillows a little too soft. The shower was great, always hot water available. And the heat lamp - what a joy!
Disliked: The toilet paper... it was hard and scratchy and not very useful

Disliked: Old fashioned and almost non functional bathtube which isnt properly presented on the photos of Hotel rooms, otherwise I wouldn't book that hotel at all.

Disliked: The beds were not too small and not comfortable at all for a hotel of this class, room was the cleanest, could see damage on the furniture, staff wasn’t very welcoming
