Verry disappointing and filthy…

Disliked: It all began on the first night. I had checked in the day before to save time, as suggested in an email from the hotel. Upon arrival at around 5:50 PM (it was already dark outside), I was informed that there had been an issue with the booking. After a long journey, I just wanted to get to my room and get ready, but instead, I was told it would take 20 minutes to resolve the issue. This delay caused me to miss a dinner reservation I had carefully planned with my girlfriend a special evening we had been looking forward to.Instead of a proper solution, they initially offered us two single rooms, which was unacceptable for a couple. After much back-and-forth, they managed to find a room, but by then, the evening was already ruined.As soon as we entered the room, we realized things weren’t going to get any better. The main door didn’t open or close properly—it scraped against the carpet floor, requiring force to open and even more effort to close. Exhausted, we brushed it off, only to discover that the bathroom door had the same issue.Hoping to at least enjoy some fresh air, we opened the vents above the windows. This decision would prove to be a massive mistake. Thinking the problems so far were minor inconveniences, we decided to make the best of it. But the next morning, we woke up to a nightmare.Both of us had sore throats. When we opened the curtains to let in daylight, we were horrified. The room was covered in dust—thick, visible layers everywhere. The vents, which we had opened the night before, were caked in filth, looking as though they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Dust particles were floating visibly in the air, and the photo of my jacket captured how bad it was. Upon closer inspection, the dust wasn’t limited to the vents. It coated the bed frame, the closet, and even the lamps in the bathroom.

Liked: Very spacious and clean number, there were even enough space for our morning yoga. Has an electric kettle with free tea & coffee and a bottle of mineral water. Friendly personnel at the reception. Good location. Free wi-fi. In general - this number have had everything we needed and we were totally satisfied with it.
Disliked: Shower door at the bottom needs cleaning. The furniture is a bit outdated. Also we went for a walk in the morning before our check-out time, but when we've turned back - the card for the room has stopped working and we've needed to get to the reception to activate it again.
