breakfast very poor

Disliked: the breakfast was not good foods not replenished and not a good hot selection for the standard of the hotel

Great Hague Hotel

Liked: Great location, nice rooms, no complaints

We had a very enjoyable...

Liked: The hotel was near to the centre
Disliked: There was a building site next to hotel

Liked: The location is great. The staff at the front desk was friendly.
Disliked: Lots of things were not to my expectation. 1. the room was very warm, and the cooling was not working. Opening windows it was very noisy 2. the cleaning was poor, the bin was not cleaned, replacement towel was not there. Table/desk was dirty, not cleaned over night.3. Coffee machine did not work. I reserved the higher category room for the coffee machine in the room and the was not able to use it :(4. In the evening when I was at the bar, the bar tender could not make our drinks, they had to google how to do it. The order was from the Menu... Ginger Tea!!!!

Fantastic hotel & great value...

Liked: Great location - 10 minutes walk from Den Haag central and 2 minute walk to well connected tram line. Peace Palace walkable in 30 minutes also. Modern room with lovely ensuite shower facilities. Very large window with good city view. Tea & coffee making facilities as well as a mini fridge. Quiet and modern.
Disliked: No USB port for chargers.
