Liked: Hotel was OK, near train station.
Disliked: Check bed sheets, we checked but too late and found 1 bed sheet was not clean, found hair and stains. No one was available to change the bed sheet at 10PM. Area outside the Hotel is rough. Many drunks walking around at night. Be very careful. We booked this hotel with room with balcony, but there is no room with balcony.

Liked: Nice large bed. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The bathroom lighting was very dim. The breakfast had a reasonable amount of variation, but as previously commented, when things ran out they were not replaced. From five mornings baked beans were only available once. The scrambled egg was not very good. Perhaps made from powdered egg. The coffee machine was out of order for two mornings. At 23€ it was overpriced.

Liked: Spacious room and bathroom. Big bed. Firm mattress and pillows. Walking distance to Brussels Midi train station and few sightseeing places. 2 grocery stores near by.
Disliked: Female reception staff are very rude. They disagree and argue unnecessarily. No concept of customer service. Toilet seat was broken and kept shifting while seated. We felt like we were going to fall in the toilet every time. No body lotion available. Huge construction right in front of hotel. No accessibility for taxis as road access is blocked due to construction. Location doesn't feel safe as lot of homeless around.
