Exceptional
Liked: Friendly and attention to detail. The staff go the extra mile.
Disliked: Room is only serviced every second day in spite of full payment for each day. Kinda felt cheated on the second day as only half service in the room for full payment.

Very good
Liked: The hotel is ideally located in a prime area, offering easy access to key attractions and transportation hubs. You can enjoy a delightful breakfast spread each morning, featuring a variety of fresh options to suit all tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or a light start to the day, the breakfast service ensures a satisfying experience in a welcoming atmosphere. No need to park at the hotel if you have a car. The underground parking near the hotel is cheaper.
Disliked: The room was cold during my stay, and despite adjusting the thermostat, it didn’t seem to make a difference. It was difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep because of how chilly it was.

We loved our stay at...
Liked: Great hotel right in the centre next to the train station, quiet and family friendly ( without asking they had a cot ready for our grandchild) , free refillable water station, fresh fruit and croissants all day, and room to play card games with the kids, we were pleasantly surprised how good it was
Disliked: The bathroom could get an update

Clean, comfortable and good location
Liked: Lovely clean rooms and an amazing breakfast. The barman kindly created Cosmopolitan cocktails for us on arrival which was lovely.
Disliked: The bar/lounge area is closed during the day - we got back about 3.30 to have a drink but it doesn’t open until 5pm - weird concept!
