Liked: The hotel was satisfactory. There was nothing outstanding about the hotel. I understand it was the Christmas period, but closure of the restaurant was disappointing.The staff were helpful, but did not go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Their attitude was very ‘matter of fact’. I spoke with several other guests staying at the hotel and they felt the same atmosphere.
Disliked: The impersonal nature of the staff and the lack of ‘ Christmas cheer’ at the seasonal time.

Disliked: Breakfast is expensive, but the food quality and selection is not adequate to the price. In general you feel that hotel should be renovated. inside the room is quite OK, but also small things like missing handle in window, not refilled shampoo at shower, etc.
