Don’t accept room 319 or...

Liked: We thought the property was amazing, until we used the shower. The shower in our room made a horrific noise that could be heard across the entire floor. The entire time it was in use it was like an air horn blowing nonstop. Maintenance came to look but they, along with the front desk, offered no solution. Everyone also acted like this wasn’t a known issue…but it had to be. It disrupted the entire floor and with three of us showering each day, it had to be an awful wake up call an hour at a time. I wish I could attach the video to this review!

Comfortable stay, good location!

Liked: Got an upgrade to a triple room and it was spacious and super clean.The beds were super comfy. Bathroom was also quite nice.The location of the hotel is pretty great as it's near the Sloterdijk station which is quite close to the centraal station and gets you to places quite quickly.Good breakfast buffet too.

Excellent location to travel with...

Liked: Location is excellent. One train stop into Amsterdam Centraal, it was perfect for a family to travel around.
Disliked: The breakfast was too expensive - over £20 for an adult. The breakfast was excellent however I have never paid that for a breakfast in any hotel in the world.
