Great weekend to celebrate family...

Liked: The hotel is lovely. Room spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There’s a bar and restaurant and the bar area is great for sitting in. We were a large group and there was ample space. Thank you we had a lovely stay.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Very dog friendly - had treats and a toy left in the room. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very spacious and has had improvements since we last stayed - freshly painted halls, etc. Conveniently located for family visit in nearby St Helen's.
Disliked: Only thing that could have been better was that our double was actually two twin beds pushed together. Otherwise no issues at all.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay here at the mercure hotel, the staff were so friendly & the lunch and dinner was exceptional!! Such a lovely hotel aswell definitely will be coming again.
Disliked: Our tv remote didn’t work very well so we didn’t really get to watch tv as we couldn’t connect to the WiFi, the breakfast was pretty average and we had to pay £12 each to use the pool
