Good overall but room was...

Liked: The communal spaces were great. Elegant, cosy and clean.
Disliked: The room itself was dated and very basic compared to other Mercure hotels I’ve been to. Also, there was no central heating (just a manual on/off electric heater), which was disappointing. The room was freezing cold when we arrived.

Liked: Beautiful building
Disliked: Heating didnt work. Breakfast for 2 was £33 and was awfull as the hotel was more concerned with the private breakfast going on.
