comfortable stay in perfect location

Liked: Room had everything you need and was spotless clean. Comfortable bed, big shower, water kettle, much space. Toilette was separate from bathroon which is found very rare and a big plus. Shower was not flooding the floor for a change and water pressure was excellent. Newly renovated and well designed. We had city view which I found very charming with all the x-mas lights on. Very warm welcome with friendly, professionell and communicative staff.
Disliked: Breakfast had everything you need but if you eat vegan or vegetarian you don't have a lot of choices. Eggs far to liquid. I am very picky though, husband was more than happy :) Depending on where you sit it can get quite cold in winter. Elevator is claustrophobic.

Liked: Well maintained and clean
Disliked: Awkward location with no convenient parking. Bedroom was smaller than expected with en-suite minute to the extent that the washbasin was in the bedroom. The step outside the sliding front doors is a trip hazard that needs the edges highlighted to distinguish it from the tiled pathway

In town for the Christmas...

Liked: The location of the hotel is outstanding. We appreciated the detailed parking information ahead of our arrival and the parking voucher offered at the front desk. The staff is outstanding, so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The mattress could use a refresh, it was a bit too soft for me.

Liked: Super helpful and friendly staff, nice location, comfortable bed, clean and bigger than expected size rooms
Disliked: Nothing really; maybe the tiny black slippery side tables could be replaced - things kept slipping off from it all night long😆

Great stay for exploring Metz

Liked: The hotel is in a perfect location in the city center of Metz. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved relaxing in the lobby for drinks or coffee. Our room was very clean and comfortable and very quiet. We explored most of Metz by foot from the hotel and had a great stay.

Excellent location, very comfortable and...

Liked: Excellent location. EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Powerful shower and lovely (Nuxe) toiletries. The mini bar was replenished daily (still & sparkling water, coke cans and tonic cans). Staff were very attentive and considerate. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!
Disliked: Nothing!
