Liked: The location is excellent, very close to the parking Indigo Republique, the staff extremely friendly, good breakfast. In the room there is a fridge, a kettle, a safe.
Disliked: The size of the room is quite limited and having the sink in the room a bit unusual. For a longer stay, if you have a large suitcase, there is no room to put it. A part of the curtain is covering the TV.

Great location, welcoming receiptionists and...

Liked: Great location in the center of Metz, it was great to finally having a hotel with a reception - the receiptionists were very welcoming and kind. The room was well decorated and clean. 10 minute walk from the main carpark, for which the hotel have a special rate for. Would definitley recommend staying here.

comfortable stay in perfect location

Liked: Room had everything you need and was spotless clean. Comfortable bed, big shower, water kettle, much space. Toilette was separate from bathroon which is found very rare and a big plus. Shower was not flooding the floor for a change and water pressure was excellent. Newly renovated and well designed. We had city view which I found very charming with all the x-mas lights on. Very warm welcome with friendly, professionell and communicative staff.
Disliked: Breakfast had everything you need but if you eat vegan or vegetarian you don't have a lot of choices. Eggs far to liquid. I am very picky though, husband was more than happy :) Depending on where you sit it can get quite cold in winter. Elevator is claustrophobic.

Liked: Well maintained and clean
Disliked: Awkward location with no convenient parking. Bedroom was smaller than expected with en-suite minute to the extent that the washbasin was in the bedroom. The step outside the sliding front doors is a trip hazard that needs the edges highlighted to distinguish it from the tiled pathway

In town for the Christmas...

Liked: The location of the hotel is outstanding. We appreciated the detailed parking information ahead of our arrival and the parking voucher offered at the front desk. The staff is outstanding, so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The mattress could use a refresh, it was a bit too soft for me.
