Liked: great location right next to Queen St train station. staff were lovely, we got complimentary upgrade and appreciated the larger bed, robe and nespresso!
Disliked: bathroom a bit tired, shower wasn't great, struggling to get very warm, sink drained very slowly.

Disliked: The “Privilege” room we were allocated was the scruffiest and probably the dirtiest room in the hotel! As we’d had a long journey up we just wanted to sleep but the poor condition of the room meant any sleep was virtually impossible.We checked out the next day,even though we were offered other rooms we declined mainly due to the fact there seemed to be no care about the room we were allocated.
