Liked: We had booked a non refundable room for the previous week but due to Storm Eowyn we were unable to go. Hotel changed our booking to the following week without issue. Great location for the centre of Glasgow bars and restaurants, bed comfortable and room quiet.

Liked: The hotel was adjacent to excellent restaurants, bars, and shopping. It was located in between the two main train stations. I loved the street view of stores and rooftops.

Liked: The reception staff were great the bar staff were great the restaurant staff were great they were all so helpful nothing was a problem to them all
Disliked: My wife and my self had a meal on our first night at the hotel my wife sent her food back twice chef could not get it right. First item didn't order second item still frozen in the middle it was chicken stripes.

Excellent hotel

Liked: Central location close to both main train stations and subway. Ideal for all the City has to offer. Staff are very helpful and professional. Didn't eat breakfast this time but have on past visits, which is very nice with great selection. Bed very comfy, rooms very clean , bathroom also spotless.
