A good stay at a...

Liked: The rise of the rooms, bar meal (lunch), proximity to City, helpfulness of the reception staff (we had a baby/toddler), space and size of the hotel so although it was busy it did not feel cramped, sufficient parking.
Disliked: Nothing

Passable

Liked: Great location with parking, facilities such as the pool a real bonus and breakfast was good
Disliked: The air con / heating in my room did not work and so led to an awful nights sleep. Being unable to open the windows also meant that the whole night was quite uncomfortable and airless - a shame really as everything else was great.

Comfortable stay.

Liked: Friendly staff, large room, very comfortable bed, nice bar area. Location great for walking into the city centre.
Disliked: Room could do with an update - shabby furniture, bathroom bath and surrounding area needs an update and deep clean. Cobwebs on the ceiling and dust around the edge of the carpet.

Liked: Shame you had to pay extra for pool use...would have used it more if it was inclusive

Disliked: I did not book a disabled room, it was okay but heating didn't work and it was freezing cold
