Liked: A family hotels shouldn’t charge for the pool, no toothbrush etc…
Disliked: It has changed!

Liked: The gym facilities, the room was big and bed comfortable
Disliked: Cleaning of rooms takes ages, was done after 4 pm on the first day (after being out of the room for more than 7 hours). When I asked about a shoe mitt, they didn't even have it.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities

Liked: Staff, cleanliness, facilities were all excellent. Sure, the leisure facilities could be included in the price, but it would only be added to the hotel cost. Nice stay and would use again when next in the area.

Poor quality beds and tired...

Liked: We booked two family rooms , the decoration of the room were tired. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. My partner left not having slept for two nights and now has a bed back . We could not Waite to get home to are own bed. We were in Exeter for a family wedding the location to the town centre was good because we could eat out . The breakfast was what I can only describe as like eating rubber , the eggs were pre cooked and left under a heat lamp , bacon chewy and over cooked , sausage pale . Cheep sliced bread , carton juice , staff were friendly but nothing outstanding .
