Very pleasant and helpful staff...

Liked: Comfortable bed and clean room. Five minute walk from main social areas, train station immediately opposite hotel. Bathroom good except for windy window. No breakfast taken.
Disliked: Cold wind streaming in through bathroom windows, shower handset leaking with water running on to bathroom floor, also extractor fan not working. Frayed carpets and extremely tired and dreary look about the place. Very small carpark.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with the room, we were moved.
Disliked: First room was right next to an outside fan system that was squeaking all night, when we showed the video they realised that it shouldn’t be doing that and moved us straight away.

A super lovely night away....

Liked: The building is beautiful, staff are friendly and rooms were clean and spacious.
Disliked: The toilet flusher broke but it was fine and the bed sank a little bit one end but it didn’t impact our stay too much.

Disliked: The floor boards were really creaky in our hallway with the other rooms and in our room too. Stains on the carpet from tea and coffee
