Great hotel very well situated; nice, friendly staff; clean and comfortable room; would recommend this hotel.

Liked: Staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable breakfast had lots of choices.
Disliked: They were having a problem with technology which meant someone had to come with you every time you wanted into your room as the key cards weren't working. This in turn impacted the Internet which was awful

Disliked: Room key system broken meaning a mos had to accompany you every time you needed to get in to your room. WiFi also not working. Kettle in room also broken and shaver point did not work. No food in the evening you have to go out.

Liked: The staff were very polite and were as helpful as they could be. They also took the time to explain the car parking discount to us.
Disliked: Cleanliness. The state of our room was appalling and looked like it had never been cleaned. There were stains all over the carpet, stains/substances on the leather settee and the state of the chair at the desk was disgusting with again, stains/substances all over it. We also had a couple of towels that had small stains on them too.Whilst we stayed here, there was also an issue with the room key software meaning that you could not let yourself in your room, and a staff member had to escort you to your room every time you wanted to go in. This is not a major problem however, when people are checking in/out you may be waiting 5 minutes for a receptionist to become free.

Disliked: I wasn't provided with a key and was escorted everytime I had to get in to the room.. made it very uncomfortable. pillows were small and uncomfortable. staff was apologetic about the key issue but unfortunately it stayed an issue all through the stay and did not make the stay any better..
