Liked: Breakfast was very good! Also, the interior of the room and the bed were comfortable.
Disliked: Room was cold. Heating didn’t work. From the second night, they gave us a portable heater. Also, the water pressure was low and toilet didn’t flush property.

Liked: Location was great, and the staff were extremely friendly. Rooms were well kept and clean. We would certainly come back to stay at Mercure.
Disliked: The gym was a bit too small. Not a crucial point affecting our stay, but we like to stay active even on vacation. So we were taken aback by the limited size and equipment.

Liked: The location is great, and the area is quiet. There was very slow and spotty wifi, which is hard to believe in 2025. We were unable to catch up on work. The small fridge in the room didn't work and the room itself was very hot.
