Liked: Nice room, great location and staff
Disliked: Requested a front room and got a back room with no view at all. Price for our booked room was reduced the day before arrival but hotel wouldn’t honour the reduced price.Lifts smell of sewage, so obviously some sort of problem.

Liked: Lovely room with a balcony, close to the christmas markets , train station and shops. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing

Ok, but overpriced

Liked: Central location and easy walk from the station. The breakfast selection was good and a great view from the restaurant.
Disliked: The room was very small and the radiator didnt work

Liked: So central to the city and station ,wonderful decor ,bedroom hot and bathroom door a little on the small side ,breakfast had a good selection ,coffee brilliant ,the hot offering was a little dry .
Disliked: Perhaps the breakfast hot offerings should not be hanging around a little to long

Liked: First time visiting Edinburgh. Felt very happy and safe at the hotel . perfect location! easy access and not far from the train station and the Christmas Markets!
