Liked: Very friendly staff. Location central.
Disliked: discrepancy between website & actual location.Under amenities it had parking but the parking was 10-15 minute walk away, pulling a suitcase….would be very very difficult for senior client. Flimsy ramp at entrance which could be tricky potentially dangerous should an elderly person need to use it. M&S delivery (which had a very noisy generator for its produce delivery) at 2:50am just below our window.

Liked: Perfect location, very clean rooms and lovely staff. We stayed in the privilege double room. Room was beautiful, bed was massive and comfortable. Amazing views.
Disliked: I liked everything

Disliked: Hotel Wi-Fi was non-existent. There was no fridge, microwave and trash bucket in the room.
