Liked: best location and one of the best view of the castle and old town .

We had a lovely stay.

Liked: The location and view from hotel excellent. Breakfast good.
Disliked: Sometimes the initial reception staff could be a bit more friendly. The man who takes care of left luggage is great.

Apart from the noise......this was...

Liked: City centre location, room was amazing with a small balcony.....fab view of the city. Breakfast was brilliant, and room service was good value and quickly delivered.
Disliked: There was work going on in the hotel, directly above us and below us.... we spoke directly to the workmen, to confirm this, sadly reception staff thought the noise at '07:40' was the building next door. Air conditioning was being fitted, hence the pipework/ducts were amplifying the 'noise'.

Liked: Location was excellent, super friendly staff who were more than happy to help. Rooms were cleaned daily which was lovely and unexpected for a 3 night stay.
Disliked: There was quite a stale smell in the lobby and especially the lifts. Pillows were not comfortable at all and the bathroom was very small, difficult to get in and shut the door. Shower screen was also too small so water would pool in the floor

Disliked: the bed a little uncomfortable. no toilet brush

Liked: Staff were very helpful and gave us a better view of the Christmas markets when asked Beds very comfy Shower nice too
Disliked: More storage in the rooms would be handy and as the windows couldn’t much open A/C would have been goodWindows needed a clean too
