Liked: the drinks were good but price
Disliked: The food was poor for dinner so I did not have breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast was OK. Bed was comfortable. The receptionist on check in was very nice
Disliked: First room had a horrible smell so the lady on reception gave another room which was much better but a bit tired. There was no heating, the plug in one didn't work and it was cold. We paid for 2 robes but then didn't need them, the lady working in the spa reception didn't know how to do a refund but she put a note in the system so we could go in the morning and the manager would refund, went back and was told because it's the next day, he can't do a refund..it wasn't our fault the first lady didn't know how to do a refund! Coffee machine in room didn't work, burned myself on kettle as steam came out of the switch when pouring. Felt like one thing after another but when your only away for 1 night you don't want to spend it complaining. Wasn't cheap either.

Liked: The hotel was really welcoming and all the staff I encountered were so lovely. Spa facilties were a nice bonus too.
