Liked: Location staff ambiance and comfort ideal
Disliked: The complaint I have is that booking .com did not say parking was not on site the underground cat park was ok but not ideal for a large car but that was not the hotels fault

An excellent location for exploring...

Liked: Location
Disliked: A kettle was provided to make hot drinks. However, flimsy cardboard cups were given which were not at all in keeping with the standard of the hotel. Proper ceramic cups or mugs would be so much more pleasant to use and environmentally friendly…like the glasses that were provided for water.

Slept well in a comfortable...

Liked: Clean room and efficient check in. Great location.
Disliked: Lack of parking onsite - difficult to find entrance from public parking lot.

Central location for exploring Clermont-Ferrand

Liked: the Best is the hotel Location , but the room was small and no nespresso machine unlike the upgraded room last time i had
Disliked: no nespresso machine in the standard room , staff can be more friendly

Liked: Warm welcome and rare efficiency and kindness during check in and check out phases. Very clean and comfortable stay.

Liked: Great location next to main square. Helpful and attentive staff and very comfortable room. Underground payable car park next door. Great breakfast choice and relaxed bar area.
Disliked: N/A

Does exactly what is says...

Liked: Location and room quality was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good for a chain hotel.
Disliked: Parking is under the hotel but not directly connected, bit of a faff getting from car to room but not the end of the world. All in all a good stay.

Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, very luxurious & perfect location.
Disliked: Pillows on bed.
