Pleasant but even premier inns...

Liked: Rooms are pleasant enough, we had some issues with the toilet filling up and the hot water seemed to be via water tanks still, as trying to get a shower in the evening meant waiting for some hot water for about 5-10minutes before the water became warm. However, in the morning the water is very warm.
Disliked: The walls are just too thin, stayed over the valentines weekend and unfortunatly you hear everything, even a mouse could fart next door and you would hear it.

Great place to stay

Liked: BreakfastPool and spa facilities Staff were friendly
Disliked: Mirrors could do with being positioned a little more evenly but that is a stretch

Liked: The breakfast was really nice!
Disliked: The corridor floors and bedroom floors were creaking continuously even when people were coming down the corridor. Also you could hear people in the next room. The shower was really poor nowhere to really hang our clothes. The bed was creaking all through the night. Trying to order a drink at the bar and food was a nightmare told them when I ordered my burger I have allergies of tomatoes yet they still put tomato ketchup in my burger! They gave us the starter in which was soup with no spoon Gave us no cutlery or sauces

Good location and facilities.

Liked: The location was good, just a short distance from the park and ride into Chester center.The use of a swimming pool and gym during our stay was good. The room was nice and clean.The food in the restaurant was nicely presented, but could of had more veg!
Disliked: We had to wait in reception for thirty minutes as our room wasn't ready, which was a long way down several corridors to get to. When we went for a swim we were not impressed because swimming lessons were going on, which limited the space we had to swim.Our room was nice and clean but the bed was very firm, not very comfortable for me.

Liked: The food was lovely ,the hotel was very clean & tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful,
Disliked: Has regular travellers we didn't find value for money over all with the amount we payed for the superior room and didn't find anything more for value than standerd room? simple little things that were often greeted with ie breakfast opens late, biscutes in with tea kit, and twice we needed reception had to wait due to lack of staff.
