Liked: Staff member welcomed us in the car park. Chocolate Easter eggs were given to my two children on arrival and our room had a hand written birthday card to my partner. Excellent service! Bravo Mercure Port Macquarie.
Disliked: Nil

Comfortable, central and good place...

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The secure underground parking was greatly appreciated.
Disliked: One small lift to service 5 floors above reception and 2 basement car park levels meant long waits.

Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful. Always had a smile and were accommodating to our needs. Could not rate them higher. The room was a little run down but clean and comfortable.

Liked: Staff friendly and approachable. Hotel well laid out, good positioning in regards to surrounding things to do. Room was really nice and nice enough view.
Disliked: Bed wasn't the comfiest thing in the world, but not bad in any way, still had a great sleep! The only negative was a lot of dust on bed sides/ tv unit.

Liked: Clean and comfortable accomodation. Good location - close to shops and walking distance to the beaches. Friendly staff.
Disliked: It would be nice if you could leave a jug of water in the fridge, as bathroom sink water isn’t always nice to drink. Also, we noticed that there was no wheelchair access to the pool - this needs to be more clearly advertised on the website.
