Never to be repeated
Disliked: Paying for parking (10 pound), no bathroom products in bottle. Distinctly average effort.

Passable
Liked: Check in was smooth, ask for extra pillow which was provided.
Disliked: Ask check in staff for breakfast price which she didn't know and later on ask restaurant staff and they had to check.There was no tea bags in room, sugar sachets on floor, very dim lights in bedroom and no heating in bathroom.

Comfortable modern hotel.
Liked: Modern decor and interiors, quiet corridors and room felt private. We paid for a double room rather than ‘premium king size’ but had a king size bed anyway!
Disliked: The heating didn’t work in our room. The staff forgot our room number when we asked them to fix it. No alternative room available so we were given an electric heater which was adequate.

Not great but not terrible!

Disliked: Dirty plates/glasses on the hall way. Unpleasant stains on the chairs and walls. Mold around the windows. Paid £109 for one night which is expensive for a budget hotel. Additional parking charge £10 per night.

Very comfortable
Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, bed was huge and very comfortable. Although the hotel is very close to the motorway,we could hardly hear the traffic. The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Poor
Liked: The food was lovely however it took ages for room service to bring our food. There was a male member of staff who was more than happy to help us with the air con, who later brought us extra pillows when we asked.
Disliked: On arrival, there was a female member of staff who was very rude to myself and my partner. The air con wasn’t working, so the room was freezing - a member of staff did try to fix it, and the issue did get slightly better. There was also a lot of noise coming from surrounding rooms, which meant my partner was unable to sleep from around 4:30 to 7:00am. We left quite unrested, but understand the noise complaints were not the fault of the hotel itself.
