Extremely dissatisfied, would not recommend...

Liked: Bathroom was very dirty, various hairs on the tiles and sink. Mould growing in and around the shower. Coffee stains on the bed side tables. Generally very run down decor with roughly patched holes in the walls just painted over without sanding. Extremely noisy from other rooms, music and shouting until around 2am. Called reception 3 times but no one answered. Very bad value for money at £95 for 1 night.

Good hotel but fairly expensive...

Liked: Stayed at this hotel during a driving trip across Wales and then a night in the tiles in Cardiff. Was ok but would probably choose another hotel next time due to location.

Superb

Not the standard I would...

Liked: Lost all power on last night and swapped room after packing in the dark to a room with no working AC. Requested a simple fan which took forever. Got about 3 hours sleep in total and just a shrug from reception the next morning. Rooms very dusty. Location good for NIAC

Liked: Bathroom light didn’t work. Was not resolved even when reception was informed. Staff were rude. Seemed to be an event so staff not professional. Used this hotel before and this experience was the worst.
