Liked: It was ground floor as my husband is disabled but it was an extremely long way so the walking was very hard
Disliked: The low level bath was great but there was a number of handles that weee rusty and the plug was very dirty

Disappointing.

Liked: The food was very nice both in the evening and at breakfast. Although one morning the orange juice was replaced with orange squash.
Disliked: The hotel was a mess. The carpets all worn out throughout. I asked to be moved from my room on the ground floor as it was next to the fire escape which kept getting left open, making it draughty and cold. The receptionist was far from helpful and said no. She also promised to get the fire doors closed but this didn't happen. At 11pm I went out and closed them myself. The room was also too dark.
